  • Project Director and Manager for NASA-MSL Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) analog and digital electronics development ($4M).  Project to deliver flight electronics, flight processor, and rover simulators for the mission's quadrupole mass spectrometer.
  • Project Director and Manager for NASA-Phoenix Thermal Emission Gas Analyzer (TEGA) analog electronics development.  Project delivered flight analog electronics for the mission's mass spectrometer.
  • Project Manager for instrument completion and delivery of NASA-MESSENGER Fast Ion Plasma Spectrometer (FIPS).  Instrument currently operating at Mercury.
  • Project Manager for NASA-TIMED Doppler Inerferometer (TIDI) instrument development, a $10M, design-to-cost, optical instrument to remotely measure earth's thermospheric and mesospheric wind velocities.  Developed and utilized complete, earned-value project management system for project status evaluation and cost/scheduling forecasting.
  • Project Manager for Langmuir Probe instrument package development for DoD-Nuclear Electric Propulsion Space Test Program (NEPSTP) mission, to measure the plasma environment surrounding the spacecraft.
