Project Director and Manager for NASA-Phoenix Thermal Emission Gas Analyzer (TEGA) analog electronics development. Project delivered flight analog electronics for the mission's mass spectrometer.
Project Manager for instrument completion and delivery of NASA-MESSENGER Fast Ion Plasma Spectrometer (FIPS). Instrument currently operating at Mercury.
Project Manager for NASA-TIMED Doppler Inerferometer (TIDI) instrument development, a $10M, design-to-cost, optical instrument to remotely measure earth's thermospheric and mesospheric wind velocities. Developed and utilized complete, earned-value project management system for project status evaluation and cost/scheduling forecasting.
Project Manager for Langmuir Probe instrument package development for DoD-Nuclear Electric Propulsion Space Test Program (NEPSTP) mission, to measure the plasma environment surrounding the spacecraft.
